Blessing of the Prayer Shawls and Blankets
Prayer Shawl Ministry
Everyone is invited to join this group of ladies that get together each Thursday morning from 9:30-10:30 to knit or crochet Prayer Shawls and tie fleece blankets. These Prayer Shawls are prayed over, blessed, then distributed to those who have lost a loved one, experienced a big life change, or invited a new baby into the world. They are a representation to the individual that they are not alone and that their CCC family is praying for them and loves them so.
Women of Action
This group is for all women that have a shared commitment to faith, fellowship and service. Whether they are preparing a meal to comfort a family in need, gathering together for prayer, these women embody the heart of our church. Their impact stretches from the local kitchen to global missions, as they organize events that foster deep connections and spiritual growth. By blending practical help with a spirit of sisterhood, they ensure that no one walks their journey alone, proving that when we work together, our collective ministry can be fun and accomplish great things. Sunday Potluck meetings are quarterly at noon in the Fellowship Center.
Small Group Brunch
Once-a-month, this is open to all women in the community, no matter your age or stage of life. This is a time to slow down, share a meal, and connect with one another through genuine conversation and fellowship. Whether you come with friends or on your own, you will find encouragement, laughter, and meaningful relationships being built around the table in the Fellowship Center.
